Breachtide is a game. It does not ask for your name, your email or an account, and it has no analytics, no tracking and no ads.
Your save file lives on your device, inside the app. It holds where you are in the game, your progress and your hearts. It is never sent anywhere. If you delete the app, the save goes with it.
The game sells one thing: the unlock for all zones.
When you buy it or restore it, the purchase is handled by Apple and by RevenueCat, which we use to check what you own. RevenueCat gives your app an anonymous ID — a random number, not your name — and receives basic device and purchase information so the unlock can be given back to you later, for example on a new phone.
We use this only to sell the unlock and to restore it. Nothing else.
We do not collect anything else. No usage data, no crash reports, no location, no contacts, no advertising, and we do not share or sell data to anyone beyond Apple and RevenueCat above.
The game is not made for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.
If you are in the EU or the UK: the legal basis for the purchase data above is performance of a contract — we need it to sell you the unlock and give it back to you.
You have the right to ask for a copy of that data, to have it deleted, to have it sent to you in a portable form, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
In practice: deleting the app deletes your save. For the purchase record held by RevenueCat, write to the address below and we will ask for it to be deleted. Apple keeps its own record of your purchase, which is covered by Apple’s policy.
